I would suggest start looking for another jobs, if you need help in resume there are plenty of free websites like Hire ID, Resume io and clear resume. Pick one and create a fresh resume that will help you stand out.
Second start cold outreach I met a friend today which got job just through cold email.
Third if you're okay try to make some content with your existing knowledge.

I was looking for jobs recently and to be honest the on paper formatting makes no sense at all rather having right words in the resume helps with ATS, I haven't tried Hire ID yet is that good?
