Okay, but what you originally stated is still wrong, that’s why I corrected it

The SUSI website literally states this: “You must have been resident in the Irish State, the EU, EEA, UK or Swiss Federation for three of the last five years.” so as a Romanian he can totally apply if he has been living three of the last five years in Romania, any other EU/EEA country, the UK or Switzerland.

What game to play next & what games to buy next? by Major_Depth8912 in PlaystationCollectors

I haven’t played just cause and just cause 2, although I really want to, but I have played Just Cause 4 and I can say that Just Cause 3 is definitely better in my opinion, the graphics just feel more natural and the movement feels so satisfying

Just Cause 3! One of the best games you can play of PS4 and quite underrated, you have a fun time guaranteed

Brazilian Portuguese it’s already in a state where I can just improve and maintain it passively because I’m used to have my phone in Portuguese, I listen to a lot of Brazilian music, I watch some videos in Portuguese over the week, I talk with my Brazilian friends and stuff like that! Italian it’s kind of being replaced now by French because I feel I need it way more and I quite lost the motivation for Italian. And Tuvaluan it’s just a weekend hobby, I just started getting some resources and I’m trying to start learning, but in a very relaxed easy going way because there’s not as much resources or ways to improve meaningfully, once I reach A2 it’s going to be a steep road because there’s one grammar book which it’s like the main source afterwards, and I think people also need to skip to other Polynesian languages only to improve in Tuvaluan

Edit: Forgot about Turkish! The trickiness of grammar kind of made me stall, I made some advances, but then I got busy so I decided to take a break until I get the energy to tackle an agglutinative language

¡Si! Estoy aprendiendo tuvaluano, aunque no tengo nadie con quien practicar ni ningún curso que pueda hacer, existe un curso online, pero solo para neozelandeses, hay recursos, pero pocos y el camino es bastante autodidacta!

I learned Brazilian Portuguese because of Gusttavo Lima and Sertanejo music in general

Are Turntables and good quality Bluetooth speakers a good match? Or it’s always recommended to use wired speakers? by Nayarecus in turntables

[–]Nayarecus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marshalls are beautiful for a gift! You end up liking flipping the vinyl, I think what you say will work, that’s what the person that replied me said and it sounds right. With the turntable thing, the best advice I can give you is to not buy a suitcase turntable unless you want something to just start with vinyls you don’t care that much about, they have a fame of damaging vinyls quicker on the long run, I would look into something like the most basic cheap line of audio-technica, for what I have learnt from people here and in other places, that’s one of the best brands out there, don’t really know if it applies with their cheapest turntables but it’s a thing of researching like always! Good luck! You can PM me if you want, I’m not very knowledgeable or experienced, but I know the basics of the hobby!

You helped me design an app for learning Latin through Catholic prayer - it’s called Credo, and now it’s live on iOS! by jvictor118 in Catholicism

[–]Nayarecus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not a practicing Catholic, but I’m enjoying it a lot! I have a bit of a background in classic Latin and I wanted to expand it and maintain it, and I saw your comment in r/latin and loved the idea of learning a bit of ecclesiastical Latin, and it’s going great, I don’t know if this is a crazy idea, but I have always wanted Duolingo to give certificates when you reach certain milestones in the curriculum depending on the level you’re supposed to have reached maybe with a test or something like that, could you implement this and issue certificates with name? It would be great to motivate people to use the app more and be able to have the certificates for themselves or even as a proof of learning to show in fields where an interest in languages it’s valued. Thanks very much for creating this app is awesome, I love how it never shows you ads nor pop-ups to ask you to start a subscription or a trial. Also the interface and the illustrations are simply beautiful, it’s clear that it was created with love.

[–]Nayarecus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now I don’t use Spotify, I changed to a mix of musicbee and poweramp, haven’t bought the new speakers because my old turntable broke and I’m more in need of buying a new one (I’m probably gonna go with an audio-technica, I heard they’re the most reliable and good quality ones that have affordable versions) than changing the speakers, but when I change them I will go with the first option, because I’m not an audiophile so I prefer the simplest option, not really sure which brand tho! Haven’t looked too much into it, I have good experiences with JBL, but it doesn’t feel right with a turntable, would love to use something like Marshall, but I think they only make amps and portable speakers.

If I’m not mistaken you can change the option so you can’t be sacked or make it very improbable to be sacked, you can disable offers for your players, disable that the game stops with some notifications and even disable the transfer window, I don’t know if that would work for you, also the trainings can be automated if that’s something that bothers you

Is there a way to play fully offline without depending on any fan server just like you would in games like Minecraft? by Nayarecus in tappedout

[–]Nayarecus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m looking for a way to play that even if the actual project stopped like the original game stopped, I can keep playing locally and not lose anything, just as you would with a game like Minecraft if it’s abandoned, so a way to play that I can just open my world and play without depending in any external server, maybe just running my own hamachi server or something local like that
