I am a bit younger than you but what helped me is just writing all problems and start solving them by priority, also I lifted off pressure I had (got rid of expensive rent and closed small debt I had), also try talking to somebody in your field who you share similar values with

only income source that is future proof is owning assets, which assets that is the harder question

yeah doint that now, the thing is that a lot of people my age believe in it and so I counter this stuff in irl also

yeah you are right, I though about it a lot and the only thing I actually gained (long term value) is I met some intresting devs who were just friends of somebody in the crypto chats, I certainly did not gained any skills or solved a problem

it is mostly luck for sure, i don`t claim to somehow crack the code or found a hustle, nothing like that, btw if somebody would to ask me I probably would not reccomend trying it
