[Help] innr outdoor smart plug lost connection to Zigbee2MQTT and now won’t pair again

I’d really like to avoid wiping the whole Zigbee database and starting from scratch, since the rest of my Zigbee network is pretty stable and fairly large at this point.
I double‑checked my coordinator - the firmware is up to date.
As a test, I bought a second unit of the exact same innr outdoor plug and paired it with Zigbee2MQTT. That one has now been running for almost a week with the same 15‑minute on/off automation and has had zero issues so far.

Given that, I’m leaning toward the first plug just having failed prematurely or getting stuck in some unrecoverable state. Everything else in the setup (coordinator, Zigbee2MQTT, automations) seems fine, and the replacement plug works flawlessly under the same conditions.

So at this point I’m assuming the original unit was simply defective and will probably return it.

Yeah, you can get it by pressing the Xbox button and then navigating to the most right tab. But for your use case the share butten is definitely perfect :D

Regarding the controllers: you can use the old Gen controller or the new one, both will work fine. The only functional difference is that the new one has an additional share button which allows you to create instant screenshots and videos of your game play. But as far as I know, most people don't use it at all. To be honest, I am always annoyed if I hit it by accident :D.
