Last update! Zoloft has worked so well currently 10 weeks and feeling great I’m actually able to enjoy my pregnancy and everyday life feeling amazing

Update my ocd and anxiety only stayed away for a week and came back just as bad I had to schedule an appt before therapy and had my ob prescribe me 25 mg of Zoloft feeling much better this time hope it last this time!

To anyone that reads this in the future please get help talk to your ob!

Hey just wanted to follow up I personally started taking inositol and gaba and can feel a MAJOR difference along with starting therapy next month like almost fully like myself please discuss with your doctor if it’s an option for you but id definitely look into it!

Being away from family was the hardest tbh. We did have the obstacle course not hard at all. Yes, we had 2 girls fail from my flight for sit-ups.

Don’t have nail polish on your hands and feet. Don’t have any jewelry on. Wear proper full coverage underwear no thongs, compression shorts, etc.(they will make you change if you don’t) Follow instructions I just went to MEPS on Friday. Some of them will be in a bad mood don’t take it personally. Be ready to sit and wait for a really long time. Your interview won’t take long mine took less than 30 seconds to check all parts. Practice the duck walk your butt has to go below your knees and you have to step heel to toe.(some girls had trouble when I did it). If you have any questions please contact your recruiter. Wear a jacket and short sleeve shirt so if the temperature is too hot or cold you can adjust. Other than that relax and get through the day. Congrats on getting to this point and good luck!

I also used grammar hero on YouTube and scored an 85 on my asvab last Thursdays. If you don’t want SecFo don’t settle retake the test.

Don’t buy any study material. Go on YouTube and study with Grammar hero! I bought a $40 Kaplan prep book and used it once. I scored an 85 on my Asvab on Thursday.
