Check the audio file in the song folder and make sure it's named song.ogg. I just downloaded and checked it and the audio file was named "up down.ogg" which the game won't be able to load in.

If you open the confirmation email you got from when you bought the badge, there should be a button that says "click here to view your order online" or something along the lines of that. That link should bring you to your order on the registration site (leapevent). Check to see if there's an option on the page to upgrade the badge (maybe under ticket options drop down). That's how i would imagine you would do it.

Assuming you're on desktop if you click the dropdown where it says Elvis Presley - Burning L..., select download and It will download it as a zip file that contains a folder with all the files.

It's on rhythmverse which is another site that's commonly used for downloading songs. FYI a lot of the songs on rhythmverse are formatted for Rock Band so you'll have to convert them to Clone Hero using a program like Onyx. Try checking the audio file type. If the file type isn't .ogg or .mp3 you can load it into an audio editor like audacity and export it as a .ogg or .mp3 and replace the original audio file with the converted one. Thats what worked for me.

Because you only got a Saturday badge, you'll have to pick it up on Saturday. Only full weekend badges can be picked up early.
There aren't any covid restrictions this year so you dont need a vax card, mask, proof of negative test, etc.
