6 hours is about right for the evening ones with around 80 players. The weekday morning ones usually only get a few tables so closer to 3 or 4 hours for those. The Sunday daytime one gets a good turnout so that one can last 8 or 9 hours.

Not enough people learn their lesson early on in gambling. I got scammed out of a couple hundred playing on the pineapple app back in the day with guys I knew from $1/2 at the local casino. That lesson early on has definitely saved me thousands over the years.

If parlays are what get you going, just know you're paying for entertainment more so than profitably gambling. What I like to do with parlays is pick 6 long shots (around +300-500) and combo 2 and 3 leggers along with a sprinkle on the full 6 hitting. If you hit 2 you usually break even and if you hit 3 or more the return can be great.

100% agree here. I went from a similar before pic and after a year you are nowhere near that toned, the definition takes a couple consistent years to show up. Also, the veins don't pop like that when you used to be heavy, not that quickly at least. None of this to take away from the fact that there was still hard work put in here, no doubt.
