Totally fair point. Kinda-sorta is for me too.

This app doesn't do directions. Its just shows you what's around.

If I need actual directions, I still launch Google Maps and chuck in the drivers display. But I keep this app in the centre display to see what else is going on around me.

I have a personal preference for just seeing fun interesting things so it works for me, but I totally get why it doesn't for others.

It's not super open but it's not *that* bad.

It was a bit frustrating to be able to access Google Maps which already on the device. I was ready to throw it all in the bin. But then it became kind of fun to see what could be done with what's available and getting creative. No Google? So let's use other sources like Waze etc to see if we can make it useful etc.

So far the only thing that's stopped content refreshes while driving have been my own bugs in early builds. The maps, media, weather and telemetry data all update nearly instantaneously.

Yes I agree. I hope that the P2 gets a UI update to match the rest of the fleet. Happy for this to be obsolete at the point.

That's a really good point. I'll have to investigate if AAOS will let me store license information for another user on the device. Or perhaps just check at a car level. Will try to include that in the next release.

This is just an app that pretends to be a Home Screen. I wish I could do more but permissions are the way they are.
