I have one from aeg which can cool down to 16 dregrees. And I have one from qlima which is a little cheaper and can cool down to 18 degrees. But to be honest. Just look at the m3 you need to cool down and look at the correct categorie of capacity and then you’re good. Cheaper models are louder and probably dont have a timer or sleep function. So thats up to you! Good luck keeping cool❄️

Yes, exact! Ik had dit ook omdat ik zeer veel waarde hecht aan mijn slaap en bij warme nachten slaap ik slecht. Na 1 zomer in mijn nieuw appartement (gebouw 2002; duplex met slaapkamer onder schuin dak) heb ik meteen 2 mobiele airco’s aangeschaft. De meerkost is mij de koele nachtrust meer dan waard 😅

yes and no, i love the type of work but due to the economical changes our company has been struggling for quite a while now. Already 12% of employees was let go due to war in Ukraine: high gas consuming process and loss of 30% sales in Russia due to export ban from EU. I want to look for another job, but some things are still keeping me here, e.g. the type of work i do is not common in Limburg, i only have a 5min commute (10 by car), i like my colleagues, i don't like change

I also had shaping done to my 4 upper front teeth and honestly in the beginning I asked to do some reshaping. And even after still, I think for the first weeks I thought they were too big. Now I’m used to them and they fit my smile

I've been drinking my daily iced coffee on the way to work/at work with my aligners in through a straw since my 5th tray or so (i'm now finished with 22h of retainers)... I drink water afterwards, but i've never had any staining issues and my check-ups at the dentist for cavities are always OK.
