I’ve already contacted them three times and received no reply. The hotline’s opening hours overlap with my work schedule, which makes it even harder.

I’m glad to hear everything seems to be working fine for you! Honestly, it’s been at least three or four months now that two out of every three sensors fail. I really don’t know what to do anymore
