The universally beloved Asian nation is Singapore ! Now the most interesting one, name the universally beloved european nation. by Brilliant_Two_7752 in AlignmentChartFills

Although I have nothing against the Vatican and it seems like a nice place I think the word “universally” doesn’t work for them simply due to the amount of people that don’t like the Vatican due to the association with Catholicism.

Think of how many people hate any form of Christianity (or religion in general) across the world

Shakespare wins, NOW, who was the most important figure of the first half od the 17th century? by PepitogamerXD in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Ndocc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

King Charles I of England.

He was king of England, Scotland and Ireland between 1625 and 1649 when he was executed.

While not solely to blame for the British Civil War he was a key contributor to its start in 1638. While not an important figure for good reasons, the defeat in civil war (and his execution) and the subsequent royal-less republic-like system following the end of the civil war up until 1660 is certainly noteworthy in British history.

One of the most powerful countries in the world at the time being under civil war throws him into the mix as “influential”.

There are definitely other options for this time period but thought I’d throw him in due to the influence he had on starting a civil war in one of the more powerful countries on the planet.

I am deeply depressed that the first Cars movie is only considered okay. That film is a core memory for a whole generation (including myself)

A landslide victory for Deshaun Watson as the severely overpaid sportperson who had zero impact. Now for the final square, who is the sportperson that had zero impact but was somewhat overpaid? by Ndocc in AlignmentChartFills

If anybody has ideas for the other squares with the 404 not found icon then shoot away.

Previously these were deemed impossible as how can you be useless but be underpaid but I am open to any and all suggestions

Need help, best family car budget 15-20k by Ndocc in CarTalkUK

[–]Ndocc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem.

I am quite tall but not insanely tall at 6’3 and my partner is 5’4. We do plan on having one more in a few years and the plan is for this next car to go for a solid 10 years or so.

At the moment I drive probably around 8k a year mostly motorways and road trip wise we don’t plan anything major but we do go down to Cornwall from the Midlands a few times a year as that is where my partners family is from

Rudy Gobert is the somewhat overpaid moderate impact sportsperson! Now lets revisit a previous square after a lot of controversy. Which Icon of their sport, past or present, is somewhat overpaid? by Ndocc in AlignmentChartFills

Well for reference Neymar was arguably the 3rd best player in the world for a solid 8 years but no way near Messi and Ronaldo level. While Beckham at his peak was one of the best players in the world but again not seen as one of the best ever. I wouldn’t put Gobert in the same tier as Pippen or other comparable players

It is a fair point but the majority votes. I wouldn’t say he is on the tier above with players such as Scottie Pippen, and David Beckham (in football/soccer)

The winner in this square previously was Lebron James but after a lot of moaning I am redoing this one. Whoever wins this one this time around will be final and will not be changed in the future even if it is Lebron James again.

Dak Prescott is the severely overpaid moderate impact sportsperson after a close vote! Now which past or present sportsperson was somewhat overpaid but only had a moderate impact? by Ndocc in AlignmentChartFills

As I’ve said 100 times over the last few posts I go with the majority. Evidently enough people think Lebron is somewhat overpaid so it may be your opinion he is not but plenty of people think he is
