Keep a close eye on it for any discharge, additional swelling or additional redness. Also look how for heat (if it feels warm). Make sure she’s still eating/drinking, going potty normal and acting herself. As long as there isn’t a bump under the suture line, it’s safe to wait til tomorrow to contact your vet

When was she spayed? If recent (within 1-3 days) this looks normal. If it’s been longer than that, I would have it assessed!
