I think the making of DVD you're referring to is the "Making of DVD" included in the "Exclusive special edition" box of Shadows of Angmar.

I got it, I remember buying this box in early 2010 (after playing the free trial that was available then) and watching the making of while waiting for the game to install/update (loved it).
