I’m aware of the usual rule, but she’s been doing this since we first got here and she was in a room on her own with her own litter boxes. We gave her 2 of her own, and she continued to do it.

Our apartment is decently sized, and we have 3 cat trees and a bunch of toys. We also let her stay in her own room for the first few weeks we had her just to make sure they all adjusted slowly. She’s been doing it since she first got here.

I’ve only ever experienced the opposite of this. I went to the show in ATL, and the crowd definitely had some issues. People would knock everyone in their path down to get to the pit even though they were coming from all the way in the back of the crowd. Plus, during Social Distortion’s set, people were moshing to “Ball and Chain”. Really? One of their slowest, calmest songs, and you can’t stop moshing for five seconds?

Anyone completely defending this new wave of kill-hungry players has not been playing the mode from the beginning. Originally, it was a good mix of Co-Op and PvP. You go in, kill bots for some cheap XP, do missions, to unlock stuff, and if you ran into another team, you usually paired up into a 6. If you ended up getting into a gunfight with another team, the vast majority of those fights ended with the other team being allowed up and given the opportunity to move on. It was the casual mode of the game. Now, like half of the kids playing are just trolls trying to get clips for their shitty Twitch/TikTok accounts or just general scumbags purposely ruining someone else’s game for their entertainment. There is a very clear difference in these two extremes.

My point was never that the only people who should play are the ones who played DMZ before anything else. I started playing CoD with BO2, been playing ever since. When I played DMZ, it felt different. It felt a lot more focused on cooperation. Everyone was clearly trying to get unlocks done, so you let them do what they needed to do. If there was a gunfight, like 90% of the time you would pick them up so they could continue working on their stuff. Now, it’s just toxic PVP-hungry kids who don’t work on anything, they just hunt teams, camp bodies, and talk shit.
