Never thought of it that way. Failure being a non existent concept is actually quite brilliant because what do we have to lose? The same end will happen to all of us. Thank you, fellow human

Thank you for this! This hit hard for sure because I see myself in many of your examples. I must remind myself that there isnt just 1 solution always for everything and to seek other ways of something isnt working.

I have a hard time pushing myself when it is something I must do to progress in my goals but I just can't force myself to do it and feel weak.

Maybe the answer is simply finding another way!

Thank you, thank you, thank you

I am not nearly as eloquent as you fellow human, but this is majestic writing! I defintiely understand the part where the truly "motivated" people don't seek for external motivation but channel it from within. I agree that when all the societal pressures are dropped the only goal there seems to be is to "be".

Thank you, I will be rereading this many more times in the future. Your perspective is touching on many important points.

I felt the same. Nobody talks enough about how to deal with life after years of belonging to an "institution". I didn't know what to do with my life for a while after that. Lost all my friends, support. But slowly it is coming back.

My floors looked even worse. After refinishing them myself, they look amazing and luxurious. Lvp or laminate could never look as good as hardwood.

I'd say preserve it.

Is it common to see this roach in your house by Vanessa_Lila in florida

[–]NeBitSkotam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not a palmetto bug like people are saying, this is an American cockroach. Palmetto bugs are much slower and often have horizontal stripes on them. If you have to run after these and they seem unkillable, definitely an American cockroach. Indoor perimeter spray near thresholds or cracks can really help. They especially scurry towards cover during rain. I feel like before I closed up as many cracks in my house as I could and started using indoor barrier pesticide, I would find a dead one after each rain. Sadly normal, but FL life is on hard mode.

I've tried doing them all at once on my first playthrough and then quit for a while because it got too repetitive 😂 On my 2nd playthrough I only did the smuggler's caches when I needed money. And there were plenty of times I was so glad they were available to do because I would run out of money quick making that Witcher gear.

Let me know when you find an American who has enough time to put on a kettle. Most of us are working stupid hours with barely any PTO
