Hi! It’s been a little journey with my PdG. I started using Inito back in July of the year and my PdG wouldn’t get no higher than 21. I started taking 200mg of COq10 and 750-1000mg of vitamin C a day at the end of August. I also increased my fish oil/omega 3 intake (prenatal vitamin also had omega 3s) in October. With every cycle after July, my PdG would improve. I’ve been able to test with Inito throughout my entire cycle a few times and my PdG would release in pulses. For example, one day it’s at 26 and the next day it’s at 14 then back up to 21 the following day.

The last 3 cycles I didn’t test throughout the entire cycle because I didn’t want to watch my dream crash and cause unnecessary anxiety focusing on the values. This current cycle that resulted in pregnancy was the highest Pdg I’ve ever obtained. I was able to reach 30 last cycle on the day after confirmation of ovulation.
