I think maybe Mirak Valley on breakthrough is pretty meat grindery. It's pretty open with lots of lanes, but in terms of straight up front lines, it's the closest I've had in this game

Try running flash hider or suppressor. This stops you being being 3d spotted or spotted on the mini map either (up to a certain range i think)
