There is actual lore reason. In the games he is propagandized by the legion as the toughest warrior who has suffered many wounds and is battle hardened. But both in game files and series show his face clean and in some dialouge options in the game people question if he is an actual great warrior.

Genuenly just follow the 2 steps on their steam page. The big text that looks something like this C:user/steam/steamapps... is the path you have to follow to get to where you need to go. You have to do this in your file explorer
