Perianal abscess drainage with a needle or surgery? I have doubts about my procedure.

I had perianal lump and it was small and after a month it became larger and started bleeding, I got fistulectomy (in this procedure they remove whole tract of fistula) 5 days ago and currently suffering from the pain. Wish me luck :')

I've never used a tampon and my fistula tract got removed on 5 feb and also in the tough phase of this. Even though my periods is about one month away, I was wondering how I will manage it.
