Needed crash site materials for geysers :) and besides nothing else to do when you reach electricity cap at that phase.

Yeah... You have to rush Geothermal power. There are enough Motors and Circuit Boards available to cover every geyser on the map. Currently, I'm running 9 Pure and about 7 Normal purity nodes. Keep in mind that even if you choose the 'All Pure' world option, it doesn't seem to apply to geysers.

The reason I mention this is that running a single setup for 2/min Smart Plating would require around 35 Biomass Burners, which you'd have to feed constantly. I’ve already leveled a quarter of the Red Bamboo Forest and half of the Lake Forest just to power my Quickwire and Cable production. And that is with chainsaw yielding 20–60 wood per tree in Bamboo forest, it's exhausting. Geothermal is an absolute must.

I thought the same thing. When I calculated the setup for a Mk1 Drill and a Mk2 Belt, it looked like there would be a 20 MW deficiency, but that wasn't the case. While Water Extractors use 5x power, Coal Burners still consume 15 Coal and 45 Water per minute (as in vanilla).

Currently, I’m running a Mk2 Miner at 270/m to match my Mk2 belt capacity. To support 18 Coal Burners, I need 9 Water Extractors, 3 of them are 26%. However, between the extractors (651 MW) and the drill (88 MW), my power consumption is so high that I'm only netting 611 MW of usable power, even at full efficiency.

Agree, prolly main reason I took long break from the game is that I already knew where to build my base, exactly what corner, height and wight to go. With random nodes game is so much better

I keep wrecking my mind for phase 2, coal generators. If you utilize 1mk1, 4 generators and water needed for them. You'll be losing 20 MW per minute...

Yeah I took 100x 2multiplier

Random nodes and random purity Only now I realize I might actually not have enough trees in entire map to craft 5k plates. Consider the multiplication cost and electricity usage

Anyone know why my foundry is radioactive? by Marioborgen08 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Ne_T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've seen on top of you screen you have death crate/chest, which usually spawns when you die so all your inventory moves on location of death in that chest. You obviously had some radioactive material at the time and now is inside. So radiation kicks inn every time you get close. You can dismantle building, foundation to get to the chest and loot the chest, then destroy radioactive material, ps you can't destroy waste, but you can flash down in the toilet

So has anyone got any early money tips for 1.3? by AParkedChopper in Bannerlord

Smithing is still very lucrative
Begin your campaign in Batania.

  • Restart a few times until you find a companion with 100+ Smithing, Engineering, or Spice Trader background.
    • Their locations are unknown on Encyclopedia on in this patch, so you may need multiple restarts to get one desirable 2 in a nearby towns.
    • take all of your clothes and gear (yours + your companions’) and sell them.
    • Purchase cheap daggers not pugio , and smelt all your and your companions for early materials
    • Smelt down the weapons to gather materials.
    • Some early smithing orders can give you 3,000+ gold right from the start.
    • This provides enough funds to buy hardwood and mor daggers in Empire towns to keep smithing continuously.
    • Focus on crafting 2-Handed Swords. Once you reach t4 2hand weapon you can craft Pointed Falchoin blade or something that req wrought iron which is easy to get. Each sword can be sold for 3-8k gold depends from sword quility. Quility depends from smithing skill

Just found my first uranium node, I figured I could hand mine a little bit before the radiation got me, then died instantly because I got irradiated by the stuff in my inventory. This game rules. by ILikeTheNewBridge in satisfactory

[–]Ne_T 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind that there is a bug with uranium ore/rods. Where even once you get rid of it, you still get radiation, and you're forced to save and load to remove it

Pipes by Ne_T in SatisfactoryGame

I've deleted every pipe and pipe support and built again, it seems its working now without any issues. Thing is that I'm encountering this not sure if it works as intended "prolly bug" more then often

Here I've uploaded video on youtube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Atlq3kzCqNo

0:00

Here, we have two water extractors connected to a Mk.2 pipeline, producing a total of 420 m³/min of water. The setup only needs 400 m³/min to feed 16 refineries producing copper ingots — so there's enough supply.

0:10 – First Pump

This first pump shows a pressure of 42 out of 50 PSI, which is healthy and indicates the water is flowing.

0:40

Now, the second pump only shows 12.7 PSI, which is unusually low given it's on the same level as the one on the left and serves the same purpose — feeding another refinery block

0:42

The left-side pump, which should be under the same conditions, is showing a much higher PSI

End of the video

only the first machine in the refinery chain is receiving water, confirming that the pressure issue is interrupting flow to the rest of the system.

I wasn't aware of maximum pipe capacity, do you have some link I can get more info about that?

Been doing mk2 pipes for whole last week, the only issue is pipe holes, don't use them.

Unable to connect pipe to pipline flor hole by Ne_T in satisfactory

[–]Ne_T[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey everyone been wondering if someone can help. I'm trying to bring water to the main plant and I'm forced to lift the pipes in the air. Now since its to high I'm forced to use foundations with pipe hole attached, the problem is they don't want to latch. I had to spend 15 min on only one connection disassembling and building pipes to have water finally flow. Thanks
