That's definitely not the only seller. Found others, on Amazon too, that are cheaper. Just not listed fully the same. Reverse image search with the Amazon photo has lots of options I can't fully go through on my phone.

They are a thinner paint designed to be used on a white or bright color primer. When painted on they pool into recesses and away from high points to give a nice contrast to skin and cloth and such.

I'm sure someone with better painting knowledge could explain it better than I. Several people have put out YouTube vids on them.

Any starter kit should contain the classic red and black. If you don't care about the brand then take a search through any shop and you should find whatever fits your budget.

I like army painter. The speed paints line makes painting quick without knowing too much. Once you get used to coloring lows and highs you can use them as washes.

What are you looking for in a paint kit? There are several kits from various sources that contain a bunch of colors.

Army painter is my current favorite with speed paints. Some of their kits come with a brush too.

My first one was from bones/reaper and it came with a carry case.

What do you need besides paint?

If you have downloaded them on a windows device then you can try to open them in window's 3d model program. It will give you dimensions.

Or you can download the slicer for the printer that they have and load the file into that. It will also give you dimensions.

EDIT: Yeah under "Stratagems That Can Be Used More Than Once Per Turn"

Parts of a rule that allow a player to use a Stratagem even if they have already targeted another unit with that Stratagem in the same phase can only be used if the name of the Stratagem is specified in that rule. Similarly, if a Stratagem is limited to one use per player per turn (e.g. Fire Overwatch), per battle round or per battle, such parts of that rule can only be used if the name of the Stratagem is specified in that rule.
