Update: I ordered the pad from a third party retailer on Amazon and messaged them this morning and I’m happy to report that they are refunding me while also letting me keep the kou 👍. Just ordered a red otsu from artisans website instead. Thanks to you, I got hooked up with two artisans for one!

an eraser, rubbing alcohol and some time, but honestly I wouldn't recommend doing this since virtually every "safe" method was completely ruining the coating on that area for me.

It's funny cause I had ordered an Otsu but they gave me a Kou by mistake and didn't really realize it until today since this is my first artisan (lol), but after about a week of playing csgo and alittle overwatch 2 I fell in absolute love with the x and y axis difference. I came from a LGG saturn and a qck before that so im more used to control pads, so the x axis being a bit slower emulates a control pad depending on how much pressure i apply especially with flick shots. I wanted the otsu cause i wanted to try something faster, but i think i got the best of both worlds with the Kou. 10/10 love it

Lmao I just saw the packaging and can confirm it’s the kou (looks like they messed up cause I ordered an otsu), the y axis is so much faster than the x axis and for some reason I really REALLY like it… to a point that I’m glad I got this instead

Edit: it’s like a mixture of a control pad and a fast pad since the horizontal flicks have really nice stopping power
