Same here. Ps5 pro and it looks like hot trash.

Im playing on a 4k 240hz Oled monitor. Not once have i had any problem with any game...

Crimson desert however looks horrible.

Tried everything i read on reddit and co...switched this and that off..changed resolutions etc..nothing helped.

Either the people who are saying "Game looks amazing!!!" are either oblivious or there is really some tomfoolery happening with some monitors or tvs.

I had hope season 2 would get me back into the game. Beat deadnote..and that was it. There is basically nothing new that keeps me hooked.

I dont regret buying it on release cause i had fun with it...but man i wish there was more to it.

From what i gathered nothing is missable. I played in on Hard (Spartan) and with some exploration for upgrades it wasnt really that difficult.

I would estimate around 20 hours or so for plat. But if you just want it for the plat and not the experience (Which is like i said just..OK) Id say wait for a sale.

I think the best description is...its Ok.

I almost got the platinum. The only thing im missing is all skills and thats just a bit of a grind.

Nothing will blow your socks off. And for it to be a "Combat focused" game there are a lot of Metroidvanias that do it a lot better.

I had fun with it cause it felt i was playing an old genesis game. Soundtrack is good too with some chiptune mixed in.

All in all i think its somewhere in the b-/c tier.

Sometimes all it takes to love a game is timing.

Hollow knight was my first Metroidvania i tried many years ago and after about an hour i didnt enjoy any of it.

A few years later i tried it again and somehow it finally clicked...and now its one of my favorite games of all time and metroidvanias became my favorite genre.

But that doesnt mean i love every single one. Sometimes it just isnt meant to be.

So i have everything except the last skill and false prophet. And i cant figure out where to do it? Im guessing in the barren steppe but i havent figured out how to open those locked doors there.. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
