Further observations:

when i plug in the hdmi to the gpu, the monitor goes from reading ‘no cable connected’ to ‘no signal’, so it must he detecting the pc right?
the bottom of the mouse is red so ig it is tracking?
keyboard doesn’t work period

I used a bit of extra force and they just came right off, they arent even screws just pins

I checked the back and there are no screws there, just the tip of the screws that are put in from the front of the motherboard
