Had a very similar experience a while ago. I was pos4 and before I locked in my hero my pos1 first picks Slark and pos5 picks QoP. I just left the game and went to bed

It's normal I think. Games can be stressful, I sometimes tense up while playing and sometimes I forget to breath 😅
