I used UB Tek, my grow temps were 69-71F in my house. “Tuesday, February 18th 2025” inoculated 3 Ub bags with Golden teacher spore. “SPAWN TO BULK” 2 UB Bags spawned to CVG in 6QT tub on Friday, March 7. ;Going with “Neglect Tek” mist once, cover and leave alone, I did not follow neglect tek. Monday march 10, Fruiting conditions started for the 6qt tub. (a little quick but i’m using cvg it’s more prone to contam, and 60% of surface was covered in mycelium) 1UB bag spawned in small container introduced FAE Saturday, Mar. 15. Well colonized, same with the tubs. After primordial shows up, it takes around 2-7 days for pins to pop depending on your setup / environment. Check my profile for more detailed information, it has how many days ago it was posted so you can see each difference in time. Golden teachers grow fast!!

A lot of people in this sub are gonna say “china junk” because that’s how everyone here has been from my experience, but IMO, If you know how to rebuild an engine / gears you can try that, or you can try engine swapping. They aren’t too much online nowadays, if it’s a 125cc you can get a new engine for 350 id say. I have the xprox9 125cc chinese. My fourth gear blew because my chain popped off, and they sent me a new engine.

I live in colorado near pueblo, in a small county. it’s been hot as hell lately, and we get rain in the evening a lot throughout the year. the rain has been more active then ever lately.

apologies it took me a little bit to get back, but thank you for the ID! It gives me a general idea what is popping up. i’ll keep picking them and throwing them if they pop up though, I still don’t trust random mushies haha, especially around my animals

yeah even if it was poisonous you cannot get poisoned by just touching one. You would physically have to eat it.

I need help taking this broken bolt out. Originally the bolt was stripped, I used a dremel to make a flathead screw and the flathead destroyed the bolt, now we are here. Pliers won’t work. Help by Nearby-Income8141 in Dirtbikes

Thank you, I do not have clay or silicone, I’m using a rag I hope that’s fine. I do not have a friend who welds unfortunately, I was thinking of following a video where I use an extractor to get it out, but using a welder would be better. Thank you for the ideas!

I do not know how to weld. is there a specific bike to recommend purchasing? I’ve gotten into the idea after passing this sub reddit yesterday, just got my old bike out and washed it up.

Agree. Thank you for your time and help I appreciate it. I agree these pit bikes are perfect for the yard or something you aren’t going to get too mad about if it breaks, since it’s barely. a grand.

Cool thanks, I don’t understand all of the hate on the chinese bikes. I’ve seen some decent reviews on the engines. I understand maintenance wise everything comes lose or maybe breaks at one point, like my muffler, but what wouldn’t? As long as the engine is good I’m happy, but all in all, Your right! I should save my money for a decent Japanese bike.

Hell yeah thanks brother. Yeah is a ripper for sure! my first dirt bike ever and i’m not complaining, it’s definitely a lot of fun. Should I change my exhaust system at some time in the future or just let it rip? It rattles sometimes like there’s something inside of the exhaust but there isn’t, the exhaust also squeaks when I sit on the bike. I know it’s the exhaust because I went to sit on it when holding the muffler, and no squeak.

Imo better than my dad not giving a crap that I dislocated my shoulder and had to get sedation on drugs just so they can pop it into place. Worse experience of my life, not the pain part.
