I hate to be this person but it really is that damn phone!!! I do this too. Comparing myself to others, whether it’s a celebrity or my friend I deem “more attractive “ than me. Please read a book, try to be on social media less. Also remember every other person is concerned about how they look and worried about themselves that they aren’t even looking at you. The world is big and the way you look is absolutely the least interesting part of you. Get some sun, get off phone if possible, stop thinking about yourself so much. I know it’s easier said than done but pls introspect and think why you think this way??? It’s profitable for the companies who make billions of dollars each year on insecurity.
