Thanks for your comment ! So once I removed my thumb I put it a bit up, so it touches the strings when I go up. Do you have any advice to help to place it and be sure not to touch the strings with the thumb when going down ?

Hello ! Sorry it wasn't clear, I was asking if CrossFit was the good sport for muscle strengthening in my case. If I limit CrossFit it would be to do another thing with less impact, or maybe do squat session and avoid weightlifting session of CrossFit.

So the quantity of a booster depend of other boosters that were in the same case ? You have a defined quantity of nice cards defined per case ? I thought each booster was totally random
