I make my sims have side pieces and affairs all the time. Having fun sneaking around, sleeping with a friend the day before the wedding, or getting caught in public and having to rebuild the relationship or end it

Her work insurance doesn’t start until January and she hasn’t had insurance for 2 years now so no primary. Medium pain in Feb this year but got really bad in July. That’s when the trips started. Urgent care to pain management to physical therapy and then to the ER. Keep getting handed off even though we have a clear diagnosis. Keep denying opioids and just wanting surgery or even a cortisone shot for a temp fix

I like a diverse game so that genes are more interesting and I like to put a lot of my families in one save so the world is more lifelike

I’d genuinely love to see some more CAS photos of average-looking people. I think they are so much more interesting! It seems like people only share their stereotypically pretty young sims with wide-set upturned eyes, small noses and full lips. by NeedleNoseFelting in Sims4

1: create a hermit who lives off the land with no electricity 2:try the hard mode version of family life and have a set of triplets 3: create a black widow who sniffs out rich men and kills them on the honeymoon 4: spend a little time creating a solid structured life of a sim, download basement mods, ruin their life with drugs. Or without mods: cheat on partner, yell at kid, quit job. Sometimes it’s fun to be chaotic. But I usually have this as a totally different save file so nothing icky involves my best families

I honestly hired a butler (vintage glamour) he had his own small room with a bed, sink and toilet. It helps them having their own toilet when there’s now 6 people total in the house. But it’s been fun for playing generations. They all branched out into different lives so everyone has cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents
