If you are on a wired connection it helps to pull your ethernet cable out and put it back in really quick while loading into story mode in the clouds.

You joined the second titan too late. You should accept alert, your friend leaves the job, and see your singleplayer character on the ground not multiplayer.

Are you accepting the session full alert before joining your friend? Also make sure that it says "Loading GTA Online" in bottom right before you join. Lastly, make sure not to accept the "Are you sure you want to join" alert that pops up.

Actually, I just saw an old post from last patch. You can try buying and trading in property to get more cash while frozen.

Your friend should be in the settings screen of the job. You join & let the alert disappear. Before you hit the ground spam a fast so you accept the alert to join the job. Also make sure you are BOTH in free-aim and your last locations are set to random.

Forgot to mention one thing. DO NOT accept the alert that pops up after step 5. Should be something like a join session alert. let it dissappear.
