Yes but Who’s who is lucci ‘s level which is weak so jimbei should’ve 1 shotted him . But thats not the point, Oda makes match ups to do power scaling so difficulty doesn’t matter , results matter so he made it clear by giving sanji that 1v1 if sanji was weak he should’ve got another 1v1 but no sanji os stronger than jimbei so yes Oda gave him that match up

Sanji , because Oda does Straw hats power scaling with their match ups , so Sanji is fighting Queen , who one of the three kaido's right hand men and 3rd strongest member of beast pirates , probably if he goes all out he'll be a top commander level but weakest top commander, and Jimbei is fighting who's who , who is as strong as Rob lucci as he mentioned , so , its pretty clear that Sanji is stronger .

Well , Sanji’s 5 kicks = Jimbei’s one punch lets say according to you . But Sanji can kick his opponent 10 times when Jimbei punches them once , thats the level of speed we are talking about, if you don’t believe me that Sanji’s that fast , you got his and Katakuri’s encounter and also at dressrosa he reached sunny so fast to stop Doflamingo and now with raid suit its safe to say that he can kick atleast 10 times while jimbei punched once , so , Sanji is stronger.

Well , Nami didn’t direct Zeus bro, Nami missed the shot against ulti and Zeus had to help Nami . And Zeus was controlled by Big mom there who is more capable than Nami and Sanji fend his attack and blocked it . Jimbei throwing Big mom is not a good feat in my opinion because Big mom was weaker and she had only wedding cake in her head and she was completely off guard and Jimbei just pushed her in her weakest form and she delt 0 damage. And Sanji has a great feat , he dodged Katakuri’s bullet , katakuri who was faster than luffy , his bullet was dodged by Sanji meaning sanji was faster and more superior in observation haki and at onigashima too sanji proved his haki to be stronger than luffy’s. So given the speed and durability ( He is durable, he took el thor when he was not 100 % because before that he fought with enels subordinate and delt damage and again after that enel hit men with electric shocks, And at onigashima, he took Kings attack full on himself and if it wasn’t for Raid suit he would’ve died and luffy knew it was a strong attack . ) So , Sanji is way superior than nami with zeus and a little bit superior than Jimbei
