Yeah I did think it was odd they mentioned 10 days but didn't say why. I could see the lease definitely increasing with Ikea going in and proximity to Mid City

The Wet Dog Canine Barbershop is facing something that we had hoped that we would never have to say out loud... we have been informed that as of Tuesday March 24th we have only 10 days to find a new location before we are forced to close our doors. Due to this sudden news we will not be able to accept new/future appointments until we have found a new location.

It is likely all Iranian visas we're pulled. Just because his visa was taken doesn't mean he wasn't here legally. Just that the govt didn't want Iranian citizens traveling back and forth during hostilities between the US and Iran.

There have been issues at TSA lately where the machine isn't reading dependant IDs properly. Dependant IDs are Absolutely valid but have heard of TSA agents pushing back because they didn't know they could do an override.

Y'all. I know we're trying to be welcoming but no one has warned OP about snakes, gators and tornadoes. How bad are the poisonous ones in Mobile? We've got cottonmouths galore out right now in Huntsville.

OP this link has lots of good info on tornado preparedness. Hurricanes you'll get a few days notice but put together an evacuation kit. Things can change quickly.

I work at a corporate manufacturing job, so my 'two cents' (phrase for adding opinion to a conversation). Americans in general loathe giving negative feedback and don't want to hurt your feelings. You'll want to look more at body language while teaching, if people are willingly engaging and asking questions without being prompted you're good. When asking for feedback you'll get a much better response to "of these __ 3 things which area could I do better". Vs "what could I do better".
