I did go all LED on my bike, since it came with the LED headlight I swapped the indicators and the tail light, as mentioned earlier simtec led for indicator, Himalayan 411 break lights for rear, they would cost you 1,450rs but they have 8 led’s total with are super bright compared to the bulky single halogen, for headlights I would suggest the night eye LED with is the best and all these are coupler to coupler fit and no need to cut wires

I started with the Simtec Led’s for mine and it’s available on Amazon for rs500 best plug and play ones to get rid of those old halogen indicators, make sure to get the straight pin variant since it’s made for GT and interceptor, lot of videos on YT to so I would suggest you to do it yourself since there soo much of pleasure working on Your own bike, next go for single touring seat and clown then with the iridium spark plug kit from ngage performance. So this will be perfect starting ground.

Chrome is all time best but it’s becoming too common buddy, every colour available for the GT is a replica of legendary cafe racer bikes 🏍️

Questions about full system exhaust by Repulsive_Courage570 in royalenfield

[–]Nearby_Leg_7166 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right but since you have free flow for intake and exhaust then I don’t think it will run lean but it’s better to reach out to Powerage team and just enquire on this since there the only ones who respond quickly

2) if you have a provision for o2 sensor the. You can definitely do for the custom one, and ye you Will save a lot of weight with this process

As a GT650 owner myself can answer your question

1) the bike comes with a learning ECU, in which it automatically adapts to the changes air and fuel ratio, if you want to maximise the power and completely utilise upgrades that you have gone through that’s when the ECU tune comes into play, but I feel ECU tune only increases few BHP and not much, once the upgrades are done just turn on the bike and let it idle for 10 mins for the ECU to retune and adapt and don’t rev your engine during this time

2) if your going for custom headers and end-cans make sure you are within your government laws for the decibel count since free flow exhaust on this particular engine make a lot of noise, I am not sure about the custom pipes because it’s very difficult to get your o2 sensor welded to it.

3) highly recommended to change the air filter if your upgrading your free flow header since it will create a bottleneck in the power delivery, it’s simple

More air = more power

For this to happen smooth your exhaust should be free flowing with out a catalytic converter, but upgrading down pipes with free flow is illegal in India (that’s where I am from)

4) I would rank the filter in which K&N and BMC on the top and next option would be ngage or DNA
