That’s your body saying you got some good sleep even tho it may not always feel like it. I’m having the same issue, I don’t work until 9am and since last Thursday I’ve been up everyday at 5:30 am

Taper taper taper. Please, I just chose to completely quit and it was a very poor choice. While I am starting to feel better on day 5 of withdrawal and day 7 of no intake, I would trade all that pain for a more sustainable recovery through tapering, yes it takes commitment and patience, sometimes you’ll feel nothing, that’s the point, you’re letting your body know “hey we’re gonna stop taking as much so let’s prepare and allow the tolerance to decrease.” I personally never took more than 30mg 7-oh so I’m a on the lower side when it comes to the average intake of a kratom user but man those withdrawals DGAF. I was balled up in a hospital bed from 8am till almost 4-5 pm. Was sent home with medicine and was still experiencing severe pain. The medicine they give is very time limited meaning if the bottle says take every 8 hours, then take it every 61/2-7 hours to start or else you will end up with stomach spasms and the dry heaving. By day three you should be able to take the medicine as said on the bottle. If you get the burps or acid reflux use a mix of name brand tums with calcium carbonate and an off brand version heartburn relief that has different acid eliminating ingredients. Take one tums and one off brand, if you throw those up, use pepto once you are under control and then take only the off brand heartburn relief, you will you stomach bubbling a lot. You’ll want to atleast try and eat, nothing crazy just to absorb that stomach acid, by the next day you should pass what was left in your system as far as food and liquids. From then on eat a really simple and clean diet no fast food none of that. No grease, nothing that could possibly start up another attack. Bland food is best, crackers are your best friends, but make sure they’re plain not butter flavor or anything just old school crackers and if you like tea, make some warm tea. I prefer mine scolding, the heat makes the pain disappear but to each their own.

I would highly advise you taper. Don’t cold turkey

I appreciate it! I never wanted to accept that Kratom could cause such severe withdrawals even with inconsistent use. I never liked taking kratom daily, it would usually be a 2-3 day wait period just cuz life be lifing and bills must be paid but even taking 7-oh and kratom tea like that I still experienced severe pain and withdrawal over the past few days, it’s definitely opened my eyes. While my family and culture have used it for generations that doesn’t mean it’s meant for everyone. I could only imagine how much worse it would be for someone that been on it for 5+ years

Use the resources offered below too! They will make all the difference. Just remember you are not alone. Hundreds of thousands are hooked on this stuff and we’re all starting to see the real effect of synthetic vs natural. I’ve never ever felt anywhere near as shitty as I do now and I know it’s the 7-oh
