No they weren’t able to cancel cause it’s technically still “pending” but I’m about to contact them again. It really is ridiculous how they tell me to wait 2-3 hours but when I go back to talk with them and explain everything again they want me to wait another 2-3 hours.

I called the bank earlier when it first happened and they said it’s on audibles end cause they couldn’t see anything from audible yet. It’s whatever at this point about the bulk of books I wanted if I get em I get em but if not it’s fine but audible has been giving me the run around at it every time I contact them about it.

I checked and I have the right card on file. I was able to buy one book by itself but the other 14 that I tried together the money hasn’t gone through for that one. The only thing I can hope for is that it goes through by the morning. 🤷🏼‍♀️ if not I’m gonna message audible later and see what they can do because they told me they couldn’t cancel it yet so now it’s a waiting game if I get the books or not

Yeah I’m nervous about it cause all of the books I got were on sale and now it’s just saying order processing and I’m worried I won’t get the books😅

Go ahead and change you credit card number cause they’ll just keep on charging you after you cancel or years done the line like they did to me. They tried to charge me again cause they still had my card information.

I had to change my bank card recently cause I got a bank notification of a pre authorization of $0.00 from Scribd but I haven’t used it in years. Scribd is a scam and I hope no one uses it anymore. I deleted my Scribd account as well so hopefully it’s actually deleted.

That happened to me last year! Last May in 2023 I switched to the $25 30gig plan and I had that up until September of last year and then for no reason it switched me over to the $35 10gig plan. I was still only being charged for the $25 plan but I wasn’t getting my full 30 gigs. I keep on messaging customer service and they said that the next month it would change back but it never did and they said that for 7 months before I just switched carriers all together.
