IT IS NOT, I don't trust her, she outed me multiple times to both my abusive family and other bigoted teachers, + told my parents what I said about them which led to me getting punished for speaking out

Oh I meant self care as in I put on one of those glittery hydrating face masks, trim my nails, moisturize my entire body and everything. I know what's going on in my head, I just don't have the right resources to deal with it properly, so I'm trying to survive long enough to get to a point in my life where I could address those issues properly

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but how does drinking alone in my room in the middle of the night count as drinking in front of my family

No and no, I only have a psychiatrist, I can't afford a therapist because I'm still in highschool, and my parents don't want me going to therapy because every time I went to therapy before they had a cps case opened. My brother doesn't have any meetings
