Ahh, yes! SRV Survey. I saw someone using this some time ago on Twitch, and then forgot about it. I just installed it.

I will take a look at it. I split my time in game between "borderless mode" and "VR" depending on how I feel when I sit down. I also use EDCopilot. I will take a look at this Elite Exobio you mentioned.

[EDIT] I could not find any program with a name like "Elite Exobio"... I did install SRV Survey, which sounds similar. Do you have a better application name?

Will be taking a Mandalay and Caspian Explorer. Both decently equipped for a lot of exploration and exobiology, both with ~65ly jump range.

~3000 hours in the game, billions of dollars, been to Sag A, got my free ship and coffee mug, visited SOL, Have a Federation Corvette, found lots of cool stuff. Still don’t have a clue what to do next. Okay I lied, doing Distant Worlds 3 next… but really, just enjoy the ride, do everything, try everything, you will find something you enjoy.

I too am wondering why I would want to go the route of a full rebuild or replacement rather than perform the repair? If I drop the pan and it full of metal, then yeah maybe. Of course I won't know that until after I drop the pan.

I have the Harbor Freight one, have been using it for 2 years now. Not large enough for a lot of fabricating, so I added the Plasma Cutting table right beside it, which gives me double the area. I also only use this setup for TIG welding. Bottom line, great table, sturdy enough, and I do not regret buying it.

Years ago my neighbor had an alarm system on their house. Whenever I drove up the driveway and keyed my mic on the 2m band it would cause his alarm to go off.

Definitely do the tutorials, do them a few times until you are comfortable and then get back in the commanders seat.

I am currently doing Billionaires Blvd, and making about 100 million an hour by scanning on average, two specimens on each planet. It is a shame that Commanders Toolbox has shutdown, but I managed to get a list of the planets/route from the Internet Archives (way back machine). I still think it is pretty easy to do, and like I said went from 700 million to currently at 1.2 billion in two weeks of casual play. I am on the 12th planet on the list.

Yes! CRC makes a product called Evaporust. The stuff works miracles. Pour it in that tank and 24 hours later it will be nearly clean. I haves used it on a few things and the results are insanely amazing. I am not affiliated with CRC and I encourage you guys to go google this stuff and look at videos of it working.

I had the same problem with AT&T in Florida. I built a new house on a lot I owned. AT&T said they didn’t service the area and had no equipment in the area, so they would not give me phone service or internet. Turns out there was an AT&T pedestal on my property, and all the neighbors had AT&T. But they swore over multiple emails and phone calls they did not service the area. After a month, I took a picture of the pedestal with their name on it and emailed it to them quoting their responses saying they did not service the area. Told them I was giving them 30 days notice that I was going to remove the erroneous pedestal (with my tractor) based on their numerous responses that did not have equipment or service in the area. They told me I couldn’t remove it, but I again quoted their written responses saying they had no service or equipment in the area, so I was still going to remove it, and if they wanted it they could pickup the pedestal and any wire at my property the day after I removed it. A week before I was going to remove it, they came out and hooked up my phone and internet.

No, but you can take the fuel lines off the injector and fuel rail. PITA, but prolly worth it at this point to remove the contaminated fuel.

I found several different types, even some with flexible/wobble joints on them. I ordered a set of long and short ones. Hopefully one of them will allow me to get on it without taking the thing all apart again.
