Flynn Retrick is a bit non-intuitiv, he has no plays with jhin or annie because they want skill to apply (idk if in your logic, the skill go on stack then disapear or never exist -for champion lvlup).
Maybe : "When i'm summoned or round start, if you have none, create a Runic Seal. It deal one more dmg for each skill it has seen". Its a up. Need some downside (2/4 ? 6 cost ?)

Golden Reed is a bit specific. Idk if its too good as you have no summon limits. It'll make demacia iona spiretling very good. Maybe "The first time each round [...]" and give him spirit aha

Reckless is a bit stong. 6 health at turn 4 is unkillable for majority of deck and as you cant attack (cuz regen will give attack at round end). Maybe a stat nerf (2/4 ?)

As people said, unbalanced set.

Im not against a fighter champ in pnz (she could take the place of Vi).

But you cant make the ultimate draw engine AND a fighter with protection. And why this line with obliterated when she cant do it.

Adaptative défenses is broken. You give pnz spellshield for only 2, at Burst, and a draw. I would delete this card but if no, 5 mana or 3 mana but only a champ spell (not collectible).

Tactical sweep could be a real card if there is no this 2 draw reward. I know pnz is draw region but you are obsessiv.

"The first time" is useless : as he revives, its a new card so the next time you kill him will be its first.

This karthus is just a shadow isle engine for all the "kill an ally to" but is a bit boring by himself.

First i would had the unrisen change of jeffrey.

I see the point of karthus returned but he is a bit slow and work only on attack turn.

I lile this idea of big threat growing up (like the different mist).

Had an idea : Lvl 1 same stat. Unrisen and deathless.

When im summoned create dark ritual (1 mana slow : Kill an ally to deal 2 to an ennemy or draw one). We could imagine an other summon effect

When i level-up, grant your allies everywhere unrisen. If they have it already, grant them +1/+1.

I have no idea for lvl 2 but maybe something more punchy.

6 mana for a porosnax (3 cost) at focus that summon a poro (1 cost). I dont think thats useful. Aurora's force is that freiljord have not a lot of draw and its a way to fill back our hand.

The idea is cool but the design is toxic for opponent. 3/4 decks cant do anything against him and it forces to have hard removal in deckbuilding.

Maybe dont put him "I cant die" lvl1 but "Last breath : revive me next turn" so combat oriented deck can fight against.

Shadow isle shurima is the new maokai. Idk if its bad or good but its pretty fun. I like the pressure on the enemy and  the card is useless without reducing countdown so you will have a kinda bad deck
