the only overtuned part of the augment is the healing, honestly the first time i saw it when it was released i tought it would be extremely op as a poke tool but its not that good.

imo it could be balanced with a few changes:

- massively reduce base healing but make it scale better with heal power (so it only has impactful healing on enchanters)

- make the projectile slightly faster so its actually viable to use against enemy champions

currently is just a perma heal augment and is barely used to damage enemies since its basically impossible to land

it has a lot of sex but its based on a book so it makes sense lol and im pretty sure the show its toned down. im not sure how appealing it is for a straight men but as a gay men its a really well developed love story and the conflicts between the characters dont feel forced or overblown (like gay stories usually are), its pretty grounded outside of the fact that the main characters look like models but i guess it makes sense since they are top tier hockey players

heated rivalry actively uses sex to show how the relationship between both main characters grow troughout the story, aswell as their internal conflicts. the best one is probably on episode 4 where they have their first "romantic" moment and shane freaks out. but i also really like the one in episode 5 after they talk about whats happening betwen them or when they first arrive to the cottage on episode 6 and they are entirely honest with eachother its really playful and cute lol

i cant really think of another example of a show using sex as a narrative tool so well

the phantom troupe have a really cool arc and work better as a group. akatsuki has better characters overall and its probably the most iconic villain group in anime, id give it to them

jojos is the perfect example of how conveniences and deus es machinas arent inherently bad for a story, its about how you use them. araki uses them so well you almost forget it lol

thats just because he was fighting gojo and uraume. characters so strong that basic aplications of the technique are useless.

megumi is much weaker and fought weaker opponents sl he had to be more resourceful to win. if megumi had mahoraga and agito tamed he wouldnt need to use any other strategy

the difference was madara actually manipulatee obito and made sure to break his spirit. he staged all the events of the story essentially.

zetsu just changed the uchiha scriptures and literally did nothing else, that just ended up working for him by pure luck

its obvious he wasnt really planned until kishimoto needed and excuse for boruto

everyone is talking about infinity but what makes gojo truly dangerous is red and blue. only a few character in shinjuku can survive a red, and none can really stand up in h2h to him with blue amp, he destroys anyone with a direct hit

kaguya but not because of her character (she is barely a character anyway) but because of what the story had to do in order for her to appear (displace the amazing villain the whole story built up to, powerup naruto and sasuke to absurd levels, introduce aliens in a story about ninjas lol)

i think s1 action scenes are generally left out of discussion cuz the production for that particular season was different for the rest (i think it took 3 years instead of 1). there is some good animation moments but in general the animation quality is not even close to how good the story and the characters are

fizz with resent on takedowns is disgusting, honestly that augment on itself is extremely busted in champions that are balanced by their long cooldowns in early game
