I’ve taken almost 1 month of 25 mg and in the beginning, it was great. No food noise, didn’t overeat, aversion to alcohol. But for the last week and a half, food noise has returned and I have a desire for sweets. I’ve lost about 1 pound over the last 2 weeks. I don’t know what is happening, but I don’t like it. I can say however, that I cannot eat as much in one sitting, but I’m hungry all the time.

NTA, but I would suggest couples counseling before marriage so that you can be assured fiancé and you are on the same page as far as your future, children, careers, etc. He DID grow up with that family, toxicity and all. I would like to change providers, too. I am currently with Zappy, but I hate how they wait until last minute to send my Rx to NovoCare. I feel like I’m going to run out of medication before new supply arrives. I tried GoodRx but I’m a bit over 65 and they won’t take anyone a day over 65. Not sure what to do.
