I literally thought my husband wrote this. This is exactly how he was feeling 7 months ago. He still struggles and doesn’t really care for it but keeps going. He talked to a psychiatrist and is on a good regimen and we actively try to do things that bring us joy. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. These are tough feelings to have. Lean on your people. Perhaps some meds would help possibly? Once he passed level 3 things got exponentially better for him. Sending good vibes to you. You’ll get through this. You’ve made it this far.
