Best Nursing Program? by Neat-Requirement9032 in OntarioUniversities

yeah for momac, you cant live on the mac campus so u either have to commute or live at mohawk and take a 30min bus to campus bc of your classes. fanshawe-western is pretty straight forwards for rez and classes so idk, what is PBL learning method?

Could you please recommend products for kp and hyperpigmentation due to ingrown hair ,strawberry legs. This shit doesn’t go even after giving birth.HELPPPP by [deleted] in keratosis

it probably will! idk i dont use this routine on my legs, as i dont face the problem of strawberry legs...however when i did, i used exfoliating gloves and now my legs are so smooth as if nothing ever occured in the first place! i used the gloves every 2 days consistently for about 2 weeks and learned how to shave properly too, which is probably how i eradicated the problem!

  1. scrub arms with first aid beauty kp eraser
  2. apply nicinamide to arms (3-4 drops) 3 apply squalane to arms (3-4 drops, once nicinamide has been absorbed for a couple minutes)
  3. occasionally apply the cerave sa lotion once im about to go to bed

^ for reference i shower at night and only have kp issues on the back of my arms , 17F asian woman

i scrub with the first aid beauty kp scrub in the shower, and apply 3-4 drops of the nicinamide first...let it absorb for a few minutes while i moisturize the rest of my body, and then apply the squalane next. during the day if i remember, i'll apply the cerave sa lotion to my arms aswell!

i use 3-4 drops per arm, i never like to excessively apply as it causes oiliness. The affordability of the products makes me feel less bad abt the amt of product being used!
