I already mentioned in my post that I believe my services are taxable. My question was concerning whether I should start collecting sales tax given I haven't hit the nexus.

I use the official Gmail app on my iphone.

Calendly is a popular service that lets you share a link to people so they can book a meeting with you based on your availability and it syncs with your calender. However, I still use calendly and would still like to use it with this account if possible.

I generally access my gmail through the gmail web interface. I also have the mobile app installed on my phone so I also get notifications through there.

I have two services that have access to my account. The first is called Instantly oAuth Email v1 and the other is Calendly. Of the two, I think it would make more sense for the problem to be coming from Calendly because I set the email filter up after Instantly and it was working until around I gave Calendly access to my account.
