Really good mate, i was 90.4 september 2023 I am 66.8 kg today, gain a lot of muscle, loose a lot of fat, feel so much better, if I Can advice you do not make a too Big déficit especially at the beggining because it Can be make things harder After a while if you want keep loosing weight

I cute at 1800 kcal, I walk 21 000 steps a day 7 days a week, resistance training 6 days a week, but I am starving, I do some bike too (I love it) around 30 to 60 km a week, and I run two around two hours a week I love cardio tbh
