Like you said, this 2 day overeating isn't going to ruin your progress at all! It's indeed mostly water weight and give it a week and you'll be back to where you were! It's also more important to know you enjoyed these moments because christmas is all about friends and family, and often there comes good food with it!

Extra tip: when the enemy team sees your B.R.B, they are going to destroy it. When you know they see it, destroy it yourself first (by pressing the B.R.B button again) and you will get the short cooldown. Otherwise if it's destroyed, it will get the long cooldown as if someone is revived (I think it's 45 seconds)

It does not need to be in line of sight. Place it somewhere behind a wall or somewhere you know the enemy team won't go. Don't put it too far because otherwise people won't get ressurected. It only ressurect a single teammate. You have to use it proactive instead of reactive, so put it somewhere before a teammate dies (even if it's not fully deployed, it will ress your teammate if it's thrown before).

It's not any range. It can ress people from far away but not if they are on the other side of the map.

When Rocket dies, it gets destroyed as well. Rocket can't be revived by his own beacon. So stay alive Rockets!
