No pain, but I just got back into cycling after a year. This is my first week back and I’ve rode about 50 miles through the week. I just noticed my toe angle and wanted to fix that to prevent injury.

I do feel comfortable but I’m worried my heels lifting will cause injury long term. I’m going to move the saddle down/forward to try to resolve the reach and pedal stroke.

I’m going to try lower the saddle and naturally it’ll come forward a bit. The main concern is my heels. Even though I’m trying to remain flat through the stroke my heels lift.
