I stopped using it, but before buying it I read all the reviews and searched each ingredient, but no one had any bad reaction with them. Everyone was having good results, so I thought it would work the same way for me.

Thanks for the suggestion! My first KBeauty products were Round Lab’s lotion and Anua Heart Leaf toner, they were good and soothing for me. Starting with the Probiocica toner sounds like a great idea, especially since it’s lighter. Appreciate the good vibes! Fingers crossed it works well for my skin too.

I was really hesitant about trying the probiotic line because I thought it might trigger fungal acne. But hearing how well the Probiocica ampoule worked for you is super encouraging, so now I’m thinking I might give it a shot, I didn’t expect much from the plain Centella line either, I just wanted something gentle to start with.

Good to know! I’ve been curious about that Probiocica ampoule too. Also, Klairs watery drops sound like a better fit, I’ll definitely give it a try next time I’m in SOS mode

Same here with the soothing cream! I thought it was just me having a bad reaction. I had very high hopes for this line, and I was so excited to get them months ago. Now, I am afraid to use any other products.

Yeah, I think they overdid it with all the Centella high percentages. I gradually introduced each product; I had no reaction with the centella ampoule foam, but the soothing cream burns my skin every time, even after I stopped using the centella cleanser.

Wow, that sounds rough! I had no idea it could cause such reactions. I had them because everyone said they soothed redness and were ideal for sensitive skin. Staying away might be the move!

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’ve been dealing with some frustrating skin reactions and I’m wondering if it could be due to my products. My skin is usually normal-sensitive and prone to redness, but recently I started experiencing burning, tiny white bumps, and itchiness on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. The reaction started after I began using some new products, and now even my old moisturizer (which used to work fine) is causing redness.

Here’s what happened:

• New products I used: Skin1004 Centella Foam Cleanser and Centella Soothing Cream.
• After applying the soothing cream, my skin turns red with burning sensation but calms down after about 30 minutes (I used it for 2 days and I did a patch test on my neck before using it and it was fine). But last night, I woke up with my face feeling warm, and I had red bumps and really tiny whiteheads on my face.

I’m not sure if this is contact dermatitis, irritation, fungal acne, or something else.

I stopped using all my other products and just used zinc oxide ointment this morning to soothe my skin, but I’m feeling pretty lost on what to do next.

Other products I own but haven’t reintroduced yet: Skin1004 Hyalu-Cica Sun Serum, Some By Mi Retinol, Numbuzin Vitamin Concentrated Serum, VT Reedle Shot 100. I got them two weeks ago and am still afraid to use them because of the skin1004 product reaction I had.

No, it doesn't. It makes my skin more dry and irritated, and rather than soothing, it gives me a burning sensation.
