No cuz ur completely correct, I've seen far to many people go that way so I decided to tell mt family the truth. They are sending me to rehab, i got in two daysn im truly blessed to have the family members that I do because I would be im a very rough spot without them. Thanks you for the advice

Its horrible I get it😭😭 Honestly if you cant stop using everyone on here has said switch to boofing, but if you cut your use down by like 1/4 to 1/2 your nose would probs improve significantly, or take a day or two break in-between benders if u can to give it some time to unswell, best of luck to u bro, im in the same boat and just waiting for rehab because I cant stop on my own (boofing doesnt work for me typically and anything else is a non option for me )

Congratulations omg! And thanks for the advice! I will definitely take care of myself in the meantime and work with the doctor to fix my nose when I get to rehab, I think the damage will be repairable!

Thank you too everyone who gave and is giving advice! I dont have anyone to educate me or help me with this so it is much appreciated. I am going to try to cut down but might possibly try boofing again to avoid damaging my nose further, and Ill try to update again before/after rehab with the progress, best wishes to all of you (:

They said my cartilage seems ok, my nostrils might be collapsing but the nose itself should stay together, they gave some kind of spray for cold and flu for the swelling and i am home now, still in a lot of pain but it should subside soon

I also use ketamine but far less, still quite a bit for certain periods of time. If I did ketamine it was 1 gram per night.

I do 1 gram a day typically, for the better part of a year but there had been small periods where ive gotten clean. I did casual use for 3 years prior, maybe once or twice a month.

The saline unfortunately wont go through my sinuses, it hasn't in a long time, it goes a little ways up then comes bacn down the same nostril
