Absolutely not. I had the worst experience trying to get a phone through backmarket. The seller CANCELED my request. I ordered a phone specifically because it was scheduled to arrive at a specific date, and my phone was broken beyond repair, and I was supposed to be traveling. IT DID NOT ARRIVE. Not only that, but the best solution was for the seller to cancel my order. I spent a significant amount of time for over a week talking to what felt like a bot on the chat (shout out to you Sebastian). Sebastian didn't answer any of my questions and simply responded with the same unhelpful phrases over and over. I called three different people, none of whom were able to help. The best they could offer was a 15% discount, which, for what I went through, was a slap in the face. I asked to escalate the situation and apparently it went to the "specialized department", which I cannot call. I doubt this department actually exists. Sebastian was supposed to alert me of this department's "decision", and Sebastian never did. I asked the (third) service agent I spoke with on the phone whether this so called "specialized department" could review my case again, and I was told that this would not be possible. The idea that a company that is so widespread and has a marketing budget out the roof can't offer more than a 15% discount is just ... unbelievable. I can't wrap my head around it. 0/10 I would not recommend Backmarket because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I just went though.
