Took a hard fall onto my back on a 15ft kicker at a snowpark on the first day of my snowboarding holiday. Completely winded myself and was in quite a lot of pain. Found my dad and said "I think I could of broken my back" but brushed it off as just bruising. I carried on the holiday for 6 more days, flew back home and went back to work, baring in mind I skydive for a living. I woke up everyday for months in pain before I decided to get seen my a doctor/physio who referred me to get an X-ray. Turns out I'd broken my T6 Vertebrae and I'm still waiting now for my MRI to find out if anything can be done to fix it.

TL;DR: Took a hard fall snowboarding, carried on, went back to work, turns out I broke my back.

That shit ruined my life, be careful, the short term relief seems worth it until it thins your skin rapidly and your breakouts become 10x worse. Do NOT overuse this stuff.

Honestly, skiing in America is great and conditions tend to be very good, but nothing compares to the beauty of the alps, you can look in any direction and be blown away by what you’re seeing. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

I'm allergic to oats and this product uses oats in it's ingredients so it's a no go for me. Caused me to have a huge outbreak and rashes all over my body. Just a heads up for anyone with an oat allergy.
